The Vietnamese Student Association (VSA) @ Binghamton University was founded in 1993 by Phong Nguyen.  Phong saw the need for a forum where vietnamese students could come together.  His goal was to establish an association to promote the rich vietnamese cultures to its members and also the people in the Binghamton community.
