Welcome to the Vietnamese Student Association @ Binghamton University.  The purpose of VSA is to promote and celebrate the Vietnamese Cultures and the traditional values.  It serves as a forum for vietnamese students @ BU to come together.  The club relates to the surrounding vietnamese community as well. We have many exciting events happening this 1998-1999 school year.  The biggest of all is our annual Saigon Night.  This year's theme will be about traditional folk tales.
