I'm not going to bore you with a mission statement, personally I think that mission statements are one of the biggest wastes of time. Instead I'll give you a little background on the Viper Clan, we started off as a group of friends with 1-3 years experience with Total Annihilation. We named the clan after what we have deemed one of the best defensive structures in the game. To those of you without Core Contingency, the Viper is a pop-up HLT that can take on infinite numbers of flashes if used correctly. Having named ourselves such, we decided to mostly play Core whenever online. This Image to the left is a beautiful shot of our trademark Viper surrounded by dragon's teeth. As you can clearly see, the Viper seems to remain un harmed as the ominous flash bears down on its protective wall. Click  here for a blow up of this shot and a preceeding shot. As you can see in the second shot in this sequence, I lost a couple of solar plants, but well worth the cost of the flashes. Directly following this shot my commander headed north to cut the remaining flashes off at the pass. For obvious reasons, YOU CAN NOT defeat this combo with only flashes. Many a flash rusher has gone down because they wouldn't give up.. it only gets worse from here.. If one of us were really concerned about rushers, we could have one of these Vipers up in under 2.5 minutes, the first one here was ready in 4. Although most of our members believe strongly in the variety in 10k/10k, no clan is without 1k/1k players (ours trained to beat down the persistant 1kers)..
