CoRE LoRE

Hello and welcome to the CoRE LoRE page! If you haven't been here before, you might be wondering what CoRE LoRE is. Well, on the face of it, CoRE LoRE is a collection of tales from the bygone years here on CoRE. But CoRE LoRE is more than just a bunch of stories about wacky and occasionally dangerously insane people doing hilarious, poignant, or otherwise noteworthy deeds. (Though we have more than our fair share of all of that, oh don't we...) CoRE LoRE is an attitude, if you will, a togetherness that has developed over the years here on CoRE. It's our sense of history, with all the inside jokes and "laugh-till-ya-cry" or "cry-till-ya-laugh" stories; the knowledge that you can start singing Rainbow Connection, and get a whole floor full of people to join in; the great feeling you get when you walk into the dining hall on a dismal, gray Binghamton day and get greeted with applause by all your friends sitting there. And while that can't all be conveyed through a web page (although plug-ins are getting more and more sophisticated everyday...), we do have some spiffy stories and quotes and stuff! So please, c'mon in and partake of the homey, musty, old-comfortable-couches-crawling-with-life smell of yesteryear.

Hi.
We're your hosts on this curious adventure through the history of CoRE. Our cumulative years on CoRE number six; from the previous iteration (CAIR) through all the years CoRE has existed. Aside from these eminent qualifications we have a bit of free time, so we were chosen by detailed scientific analysis (read: volunteered) to write up some of the more memorable episodes in CoRE history.
