no flock()ing is done, heavy usage could possibly corrupt the database?

the "windows" protocol doesn't really work (at least in netscape)

the system uses databases, not plain text files

no windows update script (hey, not my fault that OS sux :)
   -if you make one, lemme know, I'll include it in the distro

the 'data' directory must be world writeable (or owned be the CGI process)
	in order to create entries. This can be sen as good or bad, since
	it adds a layer of protection other than the password needed to
	create an account
