Maximum Overkill
- Andrew's running the event and would definitely like help
-Poster Wars/Advertising (see note below)
-Setting up for Maximum Overkill

- Intended Date is homing coming weekend, around Oct 3rd
-Once we officially know the date for Maximum Overkill, then we'll post a Facebook event for it

- Ideas for Maxover
-instead of having the main event in the Dickinson Dining Hall, have a "teaser" of Max Over, by having a "Minimum Underkill" and then having the actually Maximum Overkill a month later in Academic A. So that way....
1) we can have more time to get sponsors for Maximum Overkill
2)No complication to set up in the Dining Hall for Minimum Underkill, since all we would need in the Dining Hall are switches
- Andrew spoke/will speak to Sodexo about getting refreshments
- Andrew will also try to get the clubs (i.e Anime Club, Video Games Club, Late Night Binghamton) to try to contribute and run some of the events for Maximum Overkill
-POSTER WARS/ADVERSTING
-Andrew needs help and everyone can help
1)if everyone came up with a poster idea for Maximum Overkill
2)Help with distributing posters
3) On the day of Maximum Overkill, buy chalk and spam the sidewalk on campus to advertise Maximum Overkill and let people know the location of Maximum Overkill

CoRE LORE
- Geene Rose (MEEEE) will be running it
- The event will take place the Saturday before Thanksgiving
- Will definitely need help contacting other CoRE Members about it
-Need help soon because alumni would need to plan ahead
- Will also need help with cooking meals for CoRE Lore
- More details will be discussed later

CoRE T-shirts
- Definitely would like CoRE T-shirts this year someone get the ball rolling for that
-Post ideas for CoRE Tshirts
-Make CoRE T-shirts for the CoRE alumni as well

Pseudopod
-When will we get keys?
-When will we determine Pseudopod shifts?
